Unless specified otherwise, the normal observed order preparation time is within 3-4 days of order of confirmation for goods in warehouse. Delivery times are in addition to the time required for preparing the order and vary between 48h and 72h according to the Postal services.
All times are quoted in terms of working days and exclude weekends and holidays. Preparation time and delivery time may be longer during holidays or high activity period. The average time of delivery may vary by according to final destination.
Products requiring replenishment from our warehouse / factory, the waiting time before shipment is indicated in the cart and in the order summary.
Shipping cost is not included in the product’s price. All product prices are inclusive of French VAT. Shipping/transportation cost depends on the destination, the number of items ordered, the amount of the order and weight.
To help us provide you the best possible service, please make sure to give us a complete and accurate address of where you want your parcel to be delivered. All deliveries are made during working hours. The cost of a second shipment arising from failure on your part to provide the complete and correct address will be your responsibility.
The parcel routing is done by Colissimo – a postal service in and for France, and no compensation will be paid by www.quriose.com for late delivery.
In case of a delay by Colissimo, an investigation will be requested to postal services. This investigation can take up to 21 days and if the package remains undelivered, www.quriose.com will renew sending or refund the order. In case of litigation over delivery, the delivery slip is the authorized proof. Any package received in double must be returned.
In case you refuse to accept the shipped parcel, the cost of transportation remains on your account. The cost of goods will be refunded upon receipt of goods in our warehouse.
In case the parcel is not collected during the 15 day waiting period at La Poste, and comes back to us, the re-shipment charges will have to be borne by you. And if you wish to be reimbursed for the returned parcel, the shipping costs remain your responsibility.
www.quriose.com can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of - shortage or unavailability of products, natural catastrophes, total or partial strike of postal services, disruption of means of transport and / or communications, retention by customs, flood, and fire or any other natural disaster, war or terrorist act.
The client agrees to be fully aware of the legislation in his country before ordering on this site. Customs or import duties, local VAT may be required depending on the country. These taxes are and remain at your charge and you are fully accountable for payments of the same to the competent authorities of your country.
Returns / Exchanges
www.quriose.com sells only brand new 1st hand products.
You have the right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) day period provided by law from the date of receipt to return the ordered goods, for refund or exchange without having to justify any reason. This return is only possible if the products are never worn, not damaged, are still labeled and are in their original packaging (box, hanger, bag ...).
For reasons of hygiene, www.quriose.com does not accept the return of strings / bodystring or return of products without label.
For items sold in sets, only the complete set can be returned for exchange or refund.
If delivery of an article is not in accordance with what you ordered or if the order is damaged, please contact contact us.
Return Procedure: Before returning any product, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only after obtaining the agreement of our customer service that you can return it by post or by parcel service. The articles should be carefully packed. Return costs are your responsibility.
For items delivered in boxes, you are advised to return them in the same packages or boxes so that the goods arrive back in good conditions. The return shall be deemed effective upon receipt of package by us. The deadline for returning defective items is 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. Beyond this period, no returns or claims are accepted. Items returned are checked prior to acceptance for exchange or refund. If there is doubt on the condition of returned good, the demand for exchange or refund will be refused. The rejected articles can however be returned to you at a flat rate of 5.10 Euros to cover the return postage.

The risks associated with the return of the item (including loss or deterioration) are responsibility of customer and as well as the cost of return. The postage for exchanged articles however is the responsibility of www.quriose.com.
Only one single exchange s accepted per order. If the items received in exchange are not suitable, only a refund will be possible.
All refunds are made by assigning a cash voucher valid for six months.
In the case of a refund or exchange claim, any discount/advantage given for minimum quantity order shall be deducted from refund value if the final value of your remaining order falls below the required minimum for discount/promotional offer. In order to retain the discount/advantage, you can either ask exchange for articles attaining the same value.
If your order is returned to www.quriose.com by the postal service without having been delivered, www.quriose.com accepts, for France only, to reship the order after your consent. It is not valid for parcels not claimed from post office or courier service during the period it was available to you ( see above) and for the same the alert was sent to you. If a problem re-occurs during the 2nd shipment of the same order, www.quriose.com will, at receipt of the goods, return of the amount of the order, less the costs incurred on the 1st and 2nd expeditions. For other countries, regardless of the reason of the return, the order will be shipped back after your agreement to repay a sending and receiving payment. Otherwise the order will be refunded deduction the freight incurred.
Order Modification / Cancellations
As long as your order is in preparation, you can modify your order (addresses, shipping method ...), remove/add one or items or even cancel the order. These requests should be directed to email@example.com or by going directly into your account on our site. From the moment your order is validated by our services, it can not be modified or cancelled. You then have a period of 14 days to return unwanted items, depending on the conditions of return and exchange.
